These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Palmone Shoes website and any purchase of goods from PALMONE SHOES PTY. LTD. (ACN 005 663 141, ABN 19 501 779 072), trading as Palmone Shoes (“we”, “us”, “our”), of 35 Gale St, Brunswick East VIC 3057, Australia.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Australian law to place an order. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
- Product images are for illustration. Colour and finish may vary slightly due to leather characteristics and screen settings.
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel an order affected by an obvious error, with a full refund of amounts paid.
- Availability is not guaranteed until we confirm your order after payment.
4. Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when payment is successfully captured and we send confirmation (including via PayPal).
- Payment is processed securely through PayPal (including PayPal account and Hosted Fields card payments). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
- We may refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing error) and will refund any amount charged for that order.
5. Delivery
- Delivery options, timeframes, and any shipping charges are shown at checkout or advised after purchase where applicable.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes when we receive full payment.
- You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Re-delivery fees for failed delivery due to incorrect details may apply.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Returns and refunds
Change-of-mind and other return rules are set out in our Refund Terms. ACL guarantees apply in addition to those policies.
8. Website use
- You must not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorised access, scraping in a way that harms the service, or introducing malware).
- All content, branding, and product imagery on this site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.
9. Privacy
How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law (and without limiting ACL rights), we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delay in delivery, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Courts of Victoria (and any competent federal courts) have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the update date above.
